SCM Kids Dash 2009

This year's Standard Chartered event had 2 participants from our family...
Daddy took part in the marathon and Johann took part in the Kids Dash...

After an agonising wait to enter the carpark, we finally were on our way!

By the time we reached the padang, Daddy had already finished his race...

While waiting for his race to start, we rested in the shade together with Emre Kor Kor and his family. Emre Kor Kor was there for the race too!

According to the regulations, only one adult could accompany the young one... But rules are made to be broken! Mummy and Auntie Jun made our way to join the boys...

20 months old today!

Gosh... Johann's 20 months old today!
Time really flies... In 4 months time, the little fella's going to be 2!
Got him a little something from Leapfrog...

See how cheeky he can be...
Ask him to open his present, he sits on it as if it's his pedal toy car!

Verdict:

Johann likes it as it's in the shape of a bus... so he goes pretending driving it around... he likes that it can play one of his favourite songs... "The wheels on the bus"...

Other than that, he's not keen in the other functions available at the moment... Maybe it was a little too early to introduce this to him... Oh well... He'll learn to use the other functions soon enough (",)
