Mummy got this thomas the train ball pit at a steal at Isetan...
Johann has been eyeing it ever since we brought it home...
decided to set it up for the little fella today...

First, he walked backwards...



Then he realised it was not effective, so he turned around...



Box got too heavy, so he decided to pull it instead...


Finally, he got it onto his bumper mat...

Daddy gave Johann a hand in entering the pit...


He didn't like it...


Made his way out...


He was contented with putting the balls through the side openings instead...


Oh well... As long as he's happy (",)

stickers galore

mummy bought stickers for the little fella today...
just love the look on his face when he was given more and more...
the greedy fella held on to all the stickers that he was given...
needless to say, his favourites were the Cars stickers which with much effort and help from mummy he stuck into his already full sticker book...
time to get another sticker book (",)

Daddy bought new dining chairs for the home.

When they first arrived, Johann was so scared that he didn't even want to go close.
Today, he actually asked Mummy to help him sit on one of them.
He seemed so comfortable sitting on it.
He didn't want to sit in his high chair after that... haha

A Graduate of PPC...

Today, Johann went for his final developmental check and last 2 immunisations at Private Children's Clinic...
Unlike the last time, Johann was so uncooperative this time around...
First stop was the height and weight measurement.
He refused to stand on his own, clinging on to mummy so height not taken, only weight. And that was possible because Daddy carried Johann onto the weighing scale, so after deducting Daddy's weight, Johann weighs 12.8 kg...
Then was the developmental check...
Dr Tan asked him to stack some blocks... he refused, shaking his head and saying uh-uh... sigh...
Dr Tan gave him some paper and a pen to draw (something Johann loves to do)... again, shook his head and said uh-uh... sigh...
Dr Tan wanted to listen to his heartbeat... He pushed Dr Tan's hand and stethoscope away...
Dr Tan even commented that he was already showing signs of the terrible twos... haha
Dr Tan did and recorded what he could...
The only thing he did on his own accord? Waved goodbye to Dr Tan, he even blew him a kiss! haha
Next on the itinerary was the 5-in-1 booster jab and his 2nd dose of pneumococal...
The moment we entered the room, Johann seemed to remember the last time he was there for the 3 jabs...
He started crying even before the nurses gave him the jabs! Poor fella!
The moment the needles poked him, he gave a real BIG scream.
Was Mummy glad when the whole thing was finally over and Johann was handed a certificate...
It lists all the jabs that Johann has taken...
Johann has finally graduated from PCC...
No more jabs till he's in Primary 1! Yeah!
Now, Mummy must look out for any signs of mr fever... Mummy hopes he doesn't come visit!

after mummy took the photographs, he got mummy to take it off for him...
oh well... mummy will find a chance to get him to put it on again... hehe

we had breakfast at mcdonald's yesterday...
daddy and mummy, that is...
johann had his own home prepared breakfast plus strawberries... hehe
after breakfast, daddy brought johann for a walk at the pond area of the mcdonald's...
mummy thinks the pond is the reason why this mcdonald's is popular with families...

time sure flies... eva mei mei is 2 months old!
we headed down to her nenek's place for makan...
