Before Johann was born, we had already decided on his name (Johann Mikail Loh) but we put off registering his birth as we were still contemplating as to whether we should include his Chinese name in his BC. Furthermore, we were still searching for a Chinese name for him. With Daddy's and Mummy's fantastic proficiency in the language, it's not a surprise that we needed more time and help. We only knew we wanted it to be a single Chinese character (for ease of remembering and writing). Haha.
Seeking advice from Daddy's family and Mummy's colleagues, we decided on Bin for his Chinese name.
So, with Johann Mikail Loh Bin as the decided name, Daddy was off to ICA to register our son's birth.
